If you would like your order changed after you have placed it then please contact us via email as soon as possible and we will do our best to meet your request. However depending on when the item was packed then it may not always be possible to change an order. To find out the status of your order you can log in to your account area and if the order has not been packed or dispatched then we can change the order for you.
Please note you cannot cancel your order once it is being paid or processed.
In the even of products faulty or damaged, kindly inform us and request for return within 7 days of your original purchase.
We will either issue a credit note or replacement of products.
Please note we DO NOT offer refund on products and gift vouchers.
We DO NOT accept product return simply because of change of mind.
The returned products will be checked with the receipt together. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. A'aroma Beauty Centre will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the products, customer will received their refund within 1-3 business days after the confirmation.
